No Instrument or display detected.

Hi Everyone,

I installed displaycal-py3 on rocky 9.2,

I was not able to complete the installation with the main branch, but using the develop branch, I was able to complete the installation and launch the DisplayCAL 3.9.11.

now my problem is the instrument and display drop down menu are grayed out,

Do you have any clue as what I can try to fix it ?

I am not used to build app with pip but followed the steps on the main page of the project,

I am using a X-Rite, Inc. i1 Display Pro, which is listed in my USB devices,
I tried the flatpak installation as well, and using that I can detect the probe .

well it looks like the issue was that I had no ArgyllCMS installation.

So I went to https://www.argyllcms.com/downloadsrc.html

extracted the tarball , pointed my $PATH to the bin inside that extracted tarball and voilà, displayCal can now detec my probe an my display.
