Still confused

Hi all. Saw DisplayCal was updated and even with following the instructions and downloading from pypi for macos, it doesn't work and I get error messages. I'm not a coder or savvy in python.

Can someone please explain to me like I'm 5 how to set up the latest displaycal version?
