Support Redundant and Replacements sets

It's unclear how many files are affected, especially by Replacement sets, but if they are it means that we serve incorrect data.

I suggest we, for now, issue a warning if replacement sets are present.

In the real world files haven't seen neither Replacement set nor Redundant set.
So we might warn on Redundant set also, as we do not currently support it.

dlisio does not offer any behaviour to redundant or replacement set, but they are readable and dlisio issues warnings of the lack of enforced behaviour. There is no immediate plans to implement such behaviour as it is rather involved and these are rarely used in practise.
