Back/forward navigation isn't transitioning views #240

Navigate to a route, then hit the back button. The URL will change, but no transition will fire.

scanning over the issues, many bugs are related to routing... now that [email protected] and [email protected] (and related libraries) are stabilizing, maybe time to take another look at integrating redux-router #41?

If you can whip up a PR that works with redux-router and server rendering, I'd love to see it!
