Fix and Improve Total Value Filter on Accounting Screen

Issue:

The filter for the total value field on the Accounting screen is currently not working. Additionally, the filter only allows for a singular value, which is insufficient for filtering amounts.

Expected Condition:

The total value filter should be functional and should allow users to filter by a range of values instead of just a singular amount. This enhancement will improve the accuracy and usability of the filtering process on the Accounting screen.
