Issue in PHP Dockerfile #2

Thanks for the Repo,

Got an error on running docker-compose up -d,

E: Package 'libpng12-dev' has no installation candidate

Had to alter PHP\Dockerfile line 10, from libpng12-dev \ to libpng-dev , all loaded then.

It seems the package libpng12-dev has been dropped
