Remove paragraph from developer_guide: Script start-test-release-build requires environment variable GH_TOKEN to contain a valid token for access to Github.
Add section "How to release" pointing to release-droid with some extra actions before (commit, push, ...) and after (set release to final)
Move section Design Goals to separate file
Move section Requirements and Setup to separate file
