The documentation should mention that the connector is now available in the Tableau Extension Gallery.

Also the user guide recommends using the old ODBC driver should be updated, especially this note:

Currently the Tableau connector developed in this repository is signed by Exasol, but not certificated and shipped by Tableau and is not recommended for production environments.
