Describe the bug
ImGui console has a scrollbar, one can scroll or click in the empty part of the scrollbar, but it cant be grabbed and moved.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open f3d
Press Escape to show the console
Press enter until a scrollbar is visible
Grab the scrollbar, no effect

Expected behavior
Scrollbar should move and UI updated
