In bq24259 datasheet, it is recommended to put a 10 microF capacitor close to BAT pin (pin13). This capacitor is not present in schematic, version of 17/09/2019. Even if not optimal, the C28 capacitor could be increased to that value.

Capacitor C5 close to USB connector could be increased to 1000 microF to obtain a more stable operation in presence of long external power cables.
