Got error gradle after installing and run-android

Hello, I'm new here. and follow instruction Building with project with Native Code.
I use Mac & Android. after installing and run react-native run-android I got some errors below

JS server already running.
Building and installing the app on the device (cd android && ./gradlew installDebug)...

I have searched the solution but that's not give me the right answer and still errors.
