I have noticed that you are using temporal convolution filter size selection. In other words, your bottleneck blocks are very different compared to traditional bottleneck blocks but I havent seen any information about this in the paper. If I am wrong, please correct me. And it seems also that temporal stride is not used in final blocks of the ResNet.
