(issue) comment bug with new lines

Description

There are two issues i discovered with placing a comment.

1. One new line doesn't work
2. Starting a new line with a non alphabet character removes that part of the comment

I couldn't find a character to reproduce the non alphabet character issue, but i could reproduce the newline issue
