最新版本还是存在坐标有偏移问题 #328

原坐标是4549，转换后再cesuim上查看，发现与正确的位置坐标有偏差，使用Cesium3DTilesConveter进行转换坐标是正确的。原点离瓦片位置较远。如下图所示，红色部分是Cesium3DTilesConveter转换出来的，坐标正确，绿色是本项目转换的，有偏差。
