Dari and Pashto Support #123

The library does not have locale for Dari and Pashto. It could be like following

fa-AF (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dari)
ps-AF (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pashto)

when above locale is selected then we need only translate the months name and rest is same like Persian.
