We will need to upgrade to react@18

Describe the solution you would like to see implemented

• Do the upgrade, but we have to wait for libraries to catch up, or we can just try to upgrade and hope these library work alright - I scare the most of mobx though:
  • react-reflex React 18 typescript problem leefsmp/Re-Flex#158
  • mobx [WIP] Support React 18 mobxjs/mobx#3005 RefForwardingComponent removed in react 18 mobxjs/mobx#3370 Install mobx-react peer dependency error on react v18.0.0 mobxjs/mobx#3363
  • react-window When will react 18 be supported? bvaughn/react-window#623
  • react-resize-detector Allow React 18 as peerDependency maslianok/react-resize-detector#206
  • There are many libraries that are in questions: e.g. react-reflex, react-hotkeys
