Export as PDF not working

The Export as PDF feature doesn't work with the flatpak 7.0.3 version. If downloading directly from Zotero and unpacking the tarball, it works. In the debug log, I see the following which may be related.

Running on Fedora 40. No changes to flatpak permissions.

I'm not exactly shure what you mean by Export as PDF. Is it File -> Export PDF...? This works fine for me.
Do you have a desktop portal installed?
