East Timor is currently not on the map and shown as part of Indonesia.
They became independent from Indonesia in the 1990s.

Thanks for finding. The current SVG map (which I haven't created) doesn't separate between the two so that needs to be adjusted first. I am happy to merge a PR if you want to take a stab at it.
