CLI Tool - Enhance further options

My Confs aren't working and there is no indication why as it's valid

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Add a validator for the configuration files - example run would look like fluent-bit --validate app.conf
2. Add a flag to see the active configurations that are being consumed fluent-bit --get-configs or fluent-bit --active-configs

Describe alternatives you've considered

I've been running exec -it into the debug image version and constaly going into /fluent-bit/etc/conf but the logs aren'tt elling me which confs are active. The Confs are not working.

There is --dry-run already

I'm not sure what you mean by what confs are active. There is only a single configuration defined by -c.
