Describe the issue

Currently flytekit requires "pyarrow>=4.0.0,<7.0.0". At the time this version constraint was added (December 2021) the latest version of pyarrow was 6.0.1. There have been a few releases since then and the current release is 10.0.0. If flytekit will actually work with later versions of pyarrow, it would be nice to relax this constraint.

What if we do not do this?

If we don't do this, we run this risk of increasing version compatibility issues for clients.
