Published form: not able to add to a page.

I went ahead and published the form.
Went to a page added the slash / found Form and Form Library.
Added Form

It said
Choose variation (as if I was creating a form, but in this case I wanted to add a form I just published a few minutes ago).
I clicked Open Library

Choose a pattern
"No pattern registered. Please try to resync on tools page." I clicked the tools page link and it took me away from the form area I was in. In the Tools - General page. I clicked to "Re-Sync template."

Went back to the page I was on.
Added the Form again. Clicked to Open Library and the Form was still missing.

Hmmmm.... this is not working.

The Forms
-- Forms page I see the new Contact us form I published a little while ago.

I am not able to get the Form I created onto the regular page.

I have fixed this. You can now also edit the form directly inside a page/post and get saved. Can you check latest release?
