Can we have an installation guide for mac with docker?

I'm not an expert and I can't make have mail for good working locally on my Mac with docker.
It would be nice if we can have a step by step guide or a video to help more people to use mail for good.

I had issues because my google keys were actually commented out in my .env file I copied from the .env.example one. The "#" was the issue for my google keys
