Customize testeff command for SST

The current implementation of the camera validation simulator which calls testeff would probably not work well with SSTs because a mirror list will not be set correctly. Konrad uses the following command for it (in Prod6):

The important part which we do not use is -fmir fake_astri_mirrorpos.dat. This should be implemented.

@GernotMaier, I want/need to fix this, but I am a bit hesitant adding files to the DB at the moment, considering your big restructuring job. Should I wait? I can hack something locally in the meantime.

For the record, in case you want to add these files as part of the restructuring, I need to add the following two files, where the suffix .txt was added just so that GitHub would accept them.

fake_astri_mirrorpos.dat.txt

fake_sct_mirrorpos.dat.txt

They should be added to 'Files'? Which parameter would point towards those files?
