The hidden labels of a concept are currently not searchable (example) and the viewing order is unclear (not alphabetical, it seems). Viewing more entries per page is not enabled either (also mentioned here).

Maybe it would make more sense to enable users to check if a hidden label matches a concept similar to this functionality?

But it would probably also be nice to be able to search hidden values for a specific concept, ordered by best match.
