Tidying up Noctua landing page

• Remove 'Global Workbenches Menu' from the list of options in the 3x3 squares icon at the top of the page - those links aren't needed there or helpful.
• Update github link to go directly to noctua repo
• Remove bird icon and link to Twitter/X
• Remove Facebook icon and link to Facebook
• Remove Open In options until a user is logged in as well as other actions like Model Metadata, Model Copy. That would only leave Export option, so maybe it's easier to just remove all of those until a user is logged in.
