At the Alliance, some gene symbols are HTML-encoded. When these symbols come through as subject labels, the result is that the raw HTML is shown. Here's a small example:
At the moment we're working around it by translating the HTML-encoded symbol into a "plain text" version. Is it possible in a future version to support HTML-encoded subject labels?

Long story short, if it is still an issue, it should show only on the disease and expression ribbon. However I never encoded an HTML slot for that label part.. so I would say it's still encoded at the agr_ui level.
