Hi @aminbaa, yes you can. It should work just the way you provided in the above example. Keep in mind, that wildcards are not supported by safe-settings since it uses the GitHub REST API which has this unfortunate limitation. In order to support wildcard patterns this part would need to be rewritten and use the GraphQL API instead. |

In the sample yaml file it is weritten that " # If the name of the branch value is specified as
default
, then the app will create a branch protection rule to apply against the default branch in the repo"I am wondering if I can have another rule there for a branch named "release"
I have added it but it is simply not working
