Late refresh in mekya/labs/traceper test

When I make operations in mekya lab the pages are refreshed lately. For example 
when a dialog is to open, first I see the fields in the page for a considerable 
period of time then they dissapear and the expected dialog is opened. Or after 
I logged in, I click on the Photos tab, first a note of "Do you want to delete 
this image?" occurs just below the Search button for 3 seconds, then it 
dissapears.

These kind of late responses may cause user dissatisfactions when the Traceper 
sevice is brought into use.
