I decided to run payday at the SF datacenter, I guess on a whim (rationalization: to make sure we can run at different data centers for when one or another goes down, as a time or two ago). It's running super-slow. :-(

We're at 15,200 out of 25,000 on the first loop of payday, after 3+ hours. That's not awesome. I'm considering stopping this run and starting a new one at a different datacenter.

If this takes too long then payouts won't clear on Friday, they'll take until Tuesday with MLK on Monday. :-/

I killed the payday script. I'm going to bring down the log, and then spin up a new droplet and put the log up there and restart the script there.

Hopefully we'll be okay. It usually takes about two hours to run. Hopefully it will go a little faster since even though we run the first loop the whole way through, we should be doing fewer API calls for the first half of the first loop.

Who may I talk about this account, also the name Emir sounds familiar at Univerisity of Florida, maybe
