apk-install vs --no-cache

Hi, just thinking instead of adding a new script to clean up the cache, apk add --no-cache can probably do the job.

Yes, the apk-install script is considered deprecated in later versions as it is no longer needed with --no-cache. Related to #269. We'll try to find a good way to add this notification.
