What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using RoundhousE on a machine with only .Net Framework 4.0 installed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.8.5.0 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue can be of course worked around by installing Framework 3.5, but to 
install version 3.5 solely for RoundhousE is a bit frustrating.
