No mention of the GKE gcloud plugin in the documentation #369

The instructions at https://google.github.io/kctf/google-cloud.html should mention the need to install the GKE gcloud component:

$ gcloud components install gke-gcloud-auth-plugin

This is needed, see https://cloud.google.com/kubernetes-engine/docs/how-to/cluster-access-for-kubectl

yes this is newish, I just came across the same issue on the CI
