@evelynmitchell Thanks for chiming in! :-) No, this is not an intended effect. We've talked about this before at length at #634 (comment) and also on #1074. @ahdinosaur specifically mentions the so-called "Matthew Effect" at #1928 (comment). Do you think those other tickets adequately cover this, or do we need this ticket for a more specific action item?
