Heuristic Evaluation

We need to evaluate the existing site and determine what's good and bad based on current knowledge. This is a qualitative exercise to fully understand how the team views the existing experience and capture hidden requirements.

@whit537 - This issue is for you as well. I'd like to understand what works and what doesn't work with the existing site, what you'd specifically like to change, etc.

I'm sure you have lots of conversations all over the place that deal with specific issues.
