Unexpected behaviour when trying to resize columns in the wallet

I am using the windows version.
In the transaction tab, it is impossible to move the separator between Address and Amount in the expected way. You can still resize by placing the mouse at the end of the amount column, but this is weird.

I also think that we should be able to resize the columns by moving the separators in the Receive and Address Book tabs.
