I think banning Arabic/right to left is a bit discriminating. I noticed a lot of groups have problems with Chinese bots now.
Describe the solution you'd like
Please switch bot to notify user that they must set username to have English character set or will be kicked in a short time span or a character set native to the chat language. I think this is less discriminating.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Banning Chinese character set usernames but this seems more alt-right.
Additional context
I would code this myself but I am not the most experienced in this bot's coded language and don't have the resources to start if I did until next month. Also currently planning on updating my PPA which will be time and resource consuming when I get a graphics card for my development machine. Chinese bots have been entering chatrooms I have been in, and twitter handles should be grounds for a good starting point to have groups accept only english or EN-US layout for chats. If someone is familiar in the bot's native coded language this might not be a hard task to check encoding of usernames. I also follow a few non-english twitters and twitter requires handles to be in en-us keyboard standardization.
