Отцентировать форму бронирования, потому что на обычном тачскриновском экране кнопки управления недоступны.
В режиме добавления клиента добавить кнопки вызова экранной клавиатуры:

рядом с полем Фамилия - подставлять набранный текст в поля NAME и SURNAME, в поле PARENT подставлять ИД папки Гости,
рядом с полем Телефон - подставлять набранный текст в поле PHONE
