Cursor doesn't change unless mirror cursors is checked (windows 11) #5

The option to change the mouse cursor (normal, large, extra large, windows 8 etc) don't have any effect unless "mirror cursors" is selected, then it functions as normal.

I suspect this is a windows 11 issue as there is a an additional mouse configuration menu in system > Accessibility > Mouse pointer & touch which with settings not found in traditional mouse properties menu.

Thank you for making this project free & open, if I had the skills to help I would.

Edit: I just wanted to add that I had previously used Accessibility > Mouse pointer & touch > custom color to change my cursor color & size. Seems like win11 has vector cursors which if not new is new to me.
