Documentation Tool in Moodle: Attempt report displays message instead of attempt information

The attempt report in Moodle displays a message under user defined goals “This interaction (fill-in) does not provide tracking information or the tracking provided is not compatible with the current activity version.” instead of attempt information.

Steps to reproduce

• As a teacher create a H5P activity Documentation Tool in Moodle
• Add a goals page
• Add a goals assessment page
• Add a document export page
• Save
• As a student open the H5P activity
• Fill in a goal on page 1
• Rate the goal on page 2
• Click “create document” on page 3
• Click “Submit”
• As a teacher open the attempts report of the student
• message appears

Could this be improved in a way that attempt information becomes available for the teacher?
