As the title says. I unticked the option "Clear query after window has closed" in preferences, and it abides if I open Hain via the tray (right click -> Hain), but when I use the keyboard toggle shortcut (tried "alt+space" and "PageDown", same result) the Hain window opens and immediately clears the previous query. I tried restarting Hain, after changing preferences, same result.
My usecase: I want to use Hain as a quick calculator. I often want to quickly reference the previously calculated result multiple times, so I toggle Hain, expecting the result to be there but it's erased. This is the behavior of Apple's Spotlight.

I also have this same issue. It seemed to retain what I typed in there previously, but then at one point I ticked the "Clear query after window has closed" and now it won't stop clearing it even after I untick it.
