The id "plan" shloud not be used as it is an internal reserved word

I used plan as an id for a terraform plan step.
I discovered that this step diseappers in the UI, but still present in raw logs.
So I opened a ticket to Github support, they told me that plan should not be used, beeing an internal reserved word.

Doc should be changed accordingly
