[Enhancement]: Add dynamic routing option to aws_ec2_transit_gateway_peering_attachment

Description

Hello, I'm working with peering transit gateways at the moment. I noticed there is an option in the CLI to enable dynamic routing, but it is not available as an argument in the aws_ec2_transit_gateway_peering_attachment resource. Could we look into adding this option to the resource?
