Reproduction

最新的datasets=2.20.0不支持pandas<=1.5.3了，但是nvcr.io/nvidia/pytorch:24.01-py3中的cuml=23.12.0依赖了pandas >=1.3,<1.6.0.dev0导致无法加载数据集，需要限制datasets<2.20.0
