Mistral.ai large and small proprietary models now support OpenAI compatible function calling and should therefore be possible to integrate.

Available via „la platforme“ and Azure. Both options should be provided.

As of now, there are some issues with function calling in the API and Azure, as well as diverging behavior between the two platforms. This needs to be resolved first.
