fish completions?

At the moment, hass-cli only supports bash and zsh, fish completions would be very useful.

was about to say I couldn't easily do it as i'm not a avid fish user my self and python click that we use don't have fish support built-in, but I just saw https://github.com/click-contrib/click-completion which might not only help add fish but also windows powershell support and even fix a few issues I had with the current zsh support...

I gave that click-completion package a go but did not succeed very well - seemed to rely on older version of click or something thus not trying that for now.

someone with some fish understnading could maybe look at the code in there and integrate that into hass-cli - any takers ? :)
