Feature Request: support creating integrations (such as webhooks)

It would be great with support for creating integrations such as gpslogger webhooks.

I haven't tried set such up yet. Any suggestions on how such commands would work/look like ?

I don't know what other webhooks are supported, but I am assuming it's all more or less the same:

1. Create new hook hass-cli webhook create --type gpslogger
2. HA to return the URL

took a quick look and couldn't find a straight forward way to do this. That doesn't mean it is not possible, just that for now I can't find the api to control this 100% remotely withot dependency on webui driven config flow.
