初步调研感觉比较麻烦，飞书api需要注册app申请token才能使用，节省的时间只有复制+粘贴但是开发成本会非常高，欢迎研究一下提个PR～

参考飞书的 API 文档写了一段脚本，初步尝试了一下，应该问题不大。参见： #4
