What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. User 1 creates a new conversation
2. User 2 click on "Show all messages": on the "Conversations" left panel, he sees the "New Message" badge
3. The "New Message" badge disappear
4. User 2 reply to the conversation
5. User 2 refreshes the page

What is the expected result?

The "New Message" badge is not present

What do you get instead?

The "New Message" badge is displayed again
