Currently Checkmate's blocklist is managed by editing a text file in S3. We should add a friendly admin page for this so that non-developers can do it (and also so that it's easier for developers too).

Done when

  • Support staff can access an easy-to-use admin page to add sites to and remove sites from Checkmate's blocklist (the blocklist that is used by both public Via and LMS's Via)
  • Edits to the blocklist take effect immediately (i.e. without having to wait for Checkmate to periodically download a file from S3, as it does currently)
  • The Stack Overflow answer has been updated
  • Support staff have been informed

(Unassigned this as I don't think either of us are working on the blocklist admin pages yet, and we don't know who will work on this issue when we do get to it)
