I have an addition to before mentioned strings:
nl:

  <string name="wifi_setup_description_connected">Raak 
  <b>Volgende</b>" aan om door te gaan met de configuratie.Raak "
  <b>Terug</b>aan om verbinding te maken met een ander Wi-Fi-netwerk.</string>

en:

  <string name="wifi_setup_description_connected">Touch </string>

It looks like lines that are below the 'parent' line are deleted by some tool.
Again leaving the dutch lines as is.
